Established in 1991, Pham & Associates (P&A) is the oldest Intellectual Property Law firm in Vietnam and has made its debut in the period that Vietnam started to implement the open door policy and transited into a market economy.

Five years later, Pham & Associates has developed into one of largest law firms with well recognized reputation in both Vietnam and abroad. We offer a full range of IP services including searching, filing, prosecution, registration and protection of IP rights including patents, industrial designs, trademarks, copyrights, domain names, geographical indications, plant varieties, provision of infringement opinions, dispute resolution, opposition and appeals, due diligence analyses, the preparation of licensing agreements and other matters related to IP. Since 2001, in addition to its IP core services, the firm has also developed enviable expertise in business law and is well-versed in counseling clients in this field.

In November 2002, in compliance with the statutory and regulatory requirements of the Ordinance on Lawyers, Pham & Associates was registered to transform its operation from a limited liability company into a Law Office.
