The Cabinet AKSIMAN is the first Moroccan Industrial Property Counsel specialized in all industrial property operations (trademarks, patents, topographical drawings, industrial designs ...) as well as intellectual property operations (copyright) both in Morocco and abroad, where it is represented by a wide and efficient network of correspondents covering all countries.

Created in 1982 by Mr. AKSIMAN – Inventor and first industrial Property Counsel in Morocco, the Cabinet AKSIMAN has undergone a fast and dynamic development, and thereafter became a leader in this sector in Morocco.

Thus, thanks to its experience of over 30 years, Cabinet AKSIMAN has acquired an international reputation and as a result, it was designated as the first Moroccan office member of C.I.B. and exclusive representative in Morocco of the Counterforce Network (worldwide anti-counterfeiting Bureau).

It was also appointed as the first exclusive correspondent in Morocco of W.T.R. “WORLD TRADEMARK REVIEW”, a specialized magazine of the IP MEDIA GROUP and was more than once rewarded for its active role in this field (see gallery).
