ESTUDIO CHALOUPKA – Industrial Property, a professional firm specialized in Intellectual Property, is a continuation of the formerly known as “de las Carreras & Chaloupka”. It was founded in 1962 when one of the most prestigious law firms in Argentina Allende & Brea expanded its practice to include industrial property matters and associate with Oscar Etcheverry, Esq. and Mr. Daniel de las Carreras. In 1965 Pedro Chaloupka, Esq. joined the firm and became a partner in 1982. After Mr. Oscar Etcheverry passed away in 1993 the firm limited its relationship with Allende & Brea to a mutual collaboration in the fields of each other´s expertise and adopted the name “de las Carreras & Chaloupka”. The collaboration with Allende & Brea ended in 2002 when both firms continued their practice separately.

Mr. Daniel de las Carreras left the firm in 2011. After the passing of Mr. Pedro Chaloupka the firm continued its practice with the same excellence that distinguished its services since it was founded and in 2013 changed its name to honor its prestigious sole partner.
