We offer support in all questions concerning the protection of industrial property. Based on our technical knowledge and experience in the fields of patent and trademark protection as well as protection of designs we can assist you with advice during the development of a product, a process, a design or a plant variety until registration of a protective right for it. In addition, we will observe all deadlines throughout the entire period of protection. We will represent your interests in the case of infringement, nullity or cancellation procedures and take all necessary steps to protect your rights at home and/or abroad.

The office of patent attorneys Beer & Partner Patentanwälte KG can be traced back to the office of Privilege Attorney Zipser, which was originally established in the 19th century at the same location. The first patent attorney's office was established in these premises by patent attorney Theumer, continued by patent attorneys Viktor Beer and Otto Beer and later, by Manfred Beer as well. In 2000 the offices of Atzwanger and Beer were merged to form the present office of Beer & Partner Patentanwälte KG.
